Pastor Stephen & Mrs. Ebonique Walker

Every church has a story—but at The Remnant Church, the story is really about God preserving a people for His purposes. Pastor Stephen Walker and his wife, Ebonique, serve as the lead pastors of The Remnant Church with a clear calling: to shepherd a people who are devoted to Christ and prepared for what God is doing in this generation. They believe that throughout history God has always preserved a remnant—a group of believers who remain faithful to His Word, committed to His presence, and ready to carry His mission forward. Their heart is to lead a church that lives with that same conviction today.

The Remnant Church exists with a simple but powerful vision. To be United in faith, preparing for Christ’s return. In a world filled with uncertainty, Pastor Stephen and Ebonique believe the church must be rooted deeply in truth, steadfast in devotion, and expectant for the return of Jesus Christ. Their mission flows directly from that vision: that people would come to Know Jesus & Find Family. At The Remnant Church, knowing Jesus means more than information—it means transformation. And finding family means becoming part of a community of believers who walk together in faith, support one another in every season, and pursue the presence of God as one body.

Pastor Stephen is the son of Pastors David and Sharon Walker, founders of Harvest Christian Center International, the ministry that laid the spiritual foundation for what is now The Remnant Church. Through faithful leadership and a continued commitment to the call of God, Stephen and Ebonique now lead the church into a new season focused on raising up a remnant generation.

Pastor Stephen is a graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing. His leadership combines practical wisdom with a deep passion for biblical teaching, discipleship, and building a church centered on the glory of God.

Alongside him is his wife Mrs. Ebonique Walker, whose heart for people, strength in leadership, and devotion to the Lord help shape the culture and community of The Remnant Church. Together they are committed to cultivating a church where faith is strengthened, families are restored, and believers are equipped to live boldly for Christ. Stephen and Ebonique are also the proud parents of their son, Milo, who is a constant reminder of God’s goodness and faithfulness in their lives. Together, their prayer is that The Remnant Church would be a place where people encounter the presence of God, grow in devotion to Jesus, and step into their calling as part of the remnant God is raising up in this generation.
